Splash Bash Family Fun!
Don't miss the annual Orange Shoals family pool event of the summer! Join us Sunday, July 25thm from 1-4pm at the pool for DJ, games, fun, prizes, and snowcones!! This event is for the kids, free to Orange Shoals residents. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at the pool.

Boats & RVs
Please remember that parking a Boat, Trailer or RV in your driveway, or on your property is a violation of the covenants. However, the Board currently allows for short-term, limited parking of these types of vehicles with advanced notice given to Community One, prior to the vehicle arriving at your home, on a CASE BY CASE basis. Certain restrictions may apply, based on type and size of vehicle, and length of time requested. Typically these types of requests are granted, for short unloading, loading or cleaning of the vehicles, prior to and after your trip. It's in your best interest to email or call Seneca Taylor ahead of time for permission. This helps to avoid letters from Community One, and it is noted on your account in case of complaints from neighbors.
